I came into the shop wanting a solution to the noise in my car's front end. I inquired if there would be a charge if there was nothing wrong and was told that if a technician looked at the car...I have to pay for that time. Gary offered to drive the car and give his opinion. It turned out to be nothing and saved me some money...Thanks

I do a lot of my own maintenance and repairs, but when I hit a roadblock I always turn to ya'll. You always hit it DEAD ON! We never have to revisit the same problem twice. My vehicles are always returned clean. I really appreciate having a shop like yours available and quality people like ya'll to deal with. It sure does make the medicine go down easier. In this day and age it is so rare to find anyone who provides quality customer service, or any service for that matter. Somehow, Colony One has managed to hire, train and retain an entire team that is polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I have interacted with many people at Colony One and observed countless interactions with other clients. It doesn't seem to matter if it is one of the mechanics or a Service Manager, you guys just handle yourselves very well and make the experience of spending money to fix my cars more pleasant. Don't get me started on Gary and Cory. Those two could keep me coming to your shop just based on the experience in the front waiting room. There are many people who place a high value on all the areas where you excel. I have referred many friends to your shop. They don't understand why I am so enthusiastic about an auto repair shop. Admittedly, it does sound strange. Once they visit you they understand. I hope you realize how vastly better you are than other shops. It is obvious that you focus on the customer experience and it is appreciated. At the end of the day, you guys repair cars just like the 50 other shops I pass as I drive 15+ miles to visit you. The key to success, which you guys have figured out, is how to differentiate yourselves from the others. You have done this on all levels which is absolutely why I reward you with all of my business. Thank you!!!

Your staff is great. I am always treated well and made to feel like a VIP. My most recent experience was this week when you folks quickly helped me with a fuel leak while I waited....I knew all it took was having the right tool to just tighten up a nut I could not get to myself......I fully expected to get a charge.....no charge!
