I had a great experience. I needed a new starter, so I bought one and brought it in to their facility. They were able to replace the starter in ~35 minutes! The labor cost was so much more affordable than other nearby places offered me as well. Ernest was fantastic as well, I appreciate all the help and time he put in. I have been going to Colony One since it opened up in the early nineties. And they are nothing but the best. Their service is remarkable and the front desk representatives are absolutely professionals. And the auto mechanics are well equipped to fix your vehicular problems. I recently had the experience at Colony One with two of my cars, one a MB GLE 350 and the other with a MB GLA 250. Colony One fixed the different issue for both the cars that were due to poor jobs by prior repairs from other places, I’m very pleased with the outcome on both the cars, since they are popular and busy, they may be backed up or take long but I would recommend and revisit them in the future if needed for sure !!

They just did a engine repair on my BMW. Did an excellent job at what I think is a very fair price. One of the few places where you can get good price/quick/high quality work.
